A weather protection system installed by Tower Scaffold Services Inc. covers the Leslie L. Dan School of Pharmacy at the University of Toronto campus. General contractor PCL Constructors Canada Inc. began work in December 2003 and completion is scheduled for June. The 13-storey facility with three levels below-grade was designed by Foster & Partners and Moffat Kinoshita Architects Inc. Consultants are Yolles Partnership Inc. (structural) and H.H. Angus & Associates (mechanical/electrical). Subcontractors include: Premform Ltd.; Gilbert Steel Ltd. (rebar supply); Walters Inc. (structural steel); Innocon Inc. (concrete supply); Lockerbie & Hole Contracting Inc. (mechanical); State Group Commercial (electrical); Basic Structure Engineering (windows); Rainbow Group Ltd. (roofing); and Selco Elevators Ltd.
