Construction is winding down for the Solara Condominiums at 605 Rogers Rd. in Toronto. General contractor H & R Construction Management Limited has completion of the 11-storey, 181-unit project scheduled for next month. There will also be five levels of underground parking. The owner is GenerX (Solara) Corporation and architect for the project is Arsenault Architect Inc. Consultants are Atkins Van Groll Inc. (structural) and Able Engineering Inc. (mechanical/electrical). Subcontractors include: Gilbert Steel Ltd. (rebar supply); Spring Interior Finishes (drywall); Hi Rise Mechanical Services (mechanical); Zerem Electrical Services Ltd. (electrical); Samo Flooring (laminate flooring); Concord Kitchens (kitchen cabinets); Primeline Windows Inc. (windows); and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
