MONTREAL

Groupe Laperriere & Verreault has won $10 million worth of contracts to supply water and wastewater treatment systems for two Chilean pulp mills.

The Montreal company said Wednesday the contracts were signed by its Dorr-Oliver Eimco’s process technology division with Chilean forestry company CMP.

The projects are expected to be completed by June.

Founded in 1975, Groupe Laperriere is a leader in liquid-solid separation technologies used in industrial, municipal and environmental processes.

The company employs about 1,400 people and has operations around the world.
