HUMBERWOOD MANSIONS

Owner/developer Deltera Inc./Hullmark Developments began the 29-storey, 450-unit building last May and completion is scheduled for December. There will also be three levels of underground parking. The project was designed by Rafael + Bigauskas Architect Inc. Consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); A & G Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); and NAK Design Group (landscape). Subtrades include: Magine Contractors Inc. (excavation); Deep Foundations Contractors Inc. (shoring/caissons); Iago Forming (formwork); Harris Rebar (rebar supply); Global Precast (precast); Dufferin Concrete (concrete supply); Network Mechanical Inc.; Nortown Electrical Contractors Associates; Toro Aluminum Ltd. (windows); Viana Roofing & Sheet Metal Ltd. (roofing); and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
