NUMBER ONE PROJECT

Work progress for the condominium and townhouse project One St. Thomas Street in Toronto. The project started by owner/developer Lee Development Group along with general contractor Veisman Consulting Ltd. consists of a 29-storey, 70-unit building and four townhouses. There will also be four levels of underground parking. The project was designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architect and Young & Wright Architects Inc. Consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); Hidi Rae Consulting Engineers Inc. (mechanical/electrical); and Starr Landscape Inc. Subtrades include Millennium Earth Works (excavation) and Anchor Shoring & Caissons Ltd.
