Exterior work progresses on the new head office of Farmers’ Mutual Insurance Company (Lindsay) in Lindsay, Ont. Construction manager Mark V Wilson Builder/Contractor Co. Ltd. began the $5.7-million, two-storey project last July and completion is scheduled for May. Architect, structural engineer and landscape architect is Barry Bryan Associates (1991) Limited and interior design is by Bennett Interior Design Associates. Mechanical and electrical consultant is Leipciger Kaminker Mitelman & Partners. Subtrades include: Drain Bros Excavation Ltd. (excavation/site works); Gary Rivers Masonry Construction; North Steel (structural steel); Adamson & Dobbin (mechanical); Space Age Electrical; Dan Fertile Sheet Metal (metal cladding); ICI Roofing Ltd.; Peterborough Glass and Windows Ltd.; and Schindler Elevators Corp.
