Concrete work continues for the Elite condominiums at 5940 Yonge Street in Toronto. The owner/developer of the six-storey, 76-unit project is 5940 Yonge Street Limited. The project will also include two levels of underground parking. The project was designed by Turner Fleischer Architects Inc. Consultants are: KO & Partners Ltd. (structural); A & G Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); and Starr Landscape Inc. (landscape).
