Work moves along for The Capital condominium project in Mississauga, Ont. Owner/developer The Daniels CCW Corporation began the two, 30-storey towers last July and completion has been scheduled for January 2006. There will be two levels of underground parking and ground floor retail. The project was designed by Kirkor Architects and Planners. Consultants are: Sigmund Soudack & Associates (structural); LKM and Partners Inc. (mechanical/electrical); and Starr Landscape Inc. Subtrades include: Coreydale Contracting Co. (excavation); Bermingham Construction Ltd. (shoring/caissons); Edvac Contracting Ltd. (formwork); Harris Rebar; Innocon Inc. (concrete supply); University Plumbing and Heating (mechanical); Speedy Electric Contractor Ltd.; Toro Aluminum (windows); and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
