Construction progresses on Humberwood Boulevard for the Mansions of Humberwood condominiums Phase I in Etobicoke, Ont. Owner/developer Deltera Inc./Hullmark Developments began the 29-storey, 450-unit building in May 2004 and expects the building to be done in December. The project was designed by Rafael Bigauskas Architect Inc. Consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); A & G Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); and NAK Design Group (landscape). Subtrades include: Magine Contractors Inc. (excavation); Deep Foundations Contractors Inc. (shoring/caissons); Iago Forming (formwork); Harris Rebar; Global Precast; Dufferin Concrete; Network Mechanical Inc.; Nortown Electrical Contractors Associates; Toro Aluminum Ltd. (windows); Viana Roofing & Sheet Metal Ltd. (roofing); and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
