Multi-Glass announces contracting division sale
TORONTO
Multi-Glass International Corp. has announced the sale of Guildfords (2000) Inc., its contracting division in Atlantic Canada, for $3.6 million.
The proceeds will be paid $2.6 million in cash and $1 million in promissory note, the company said in a release last week. Closing is expected Sept. 30, 2005.
Multi-Glass is a fabricator and distributor of insulation and energy conservation products to the commercial, industrial and residential construction markets in both Ontario and the Atlantic provinces.
