McKAY-COCKER CONSTRUCTION LTD.
Storefronts take shape for The Village of Vaughan Mills site development retail project. McKay-Cocker Construction Ltd. began the single-storey project last July and it will be finished this month. The project includes construction of five retail buildings with a total of 19 units. The owner is GateGlenn Developments Limited. The Village of Vaughan Mills site development was designed by Pellow Associates Architects Inc. Consultants are: Hannigan Engineering Ltd. (structural); R. Saldanha & Associates Inc. (mechanical); Hammerschlag Joffe Inc. (electrical); and Quinn Design Associates Inc. (landscape). Subcontractors include: Lafarge (excavation/asphalt/paving); XDG Construction (formwork); Ronco Steel Centre Ltd. (rebar supply); KEW Steel Fabricators Ltd. (structural steel); James Dick Construction (concrete supply); Stefcon Construction (masonry); Velco Plumbers Ltd. (mechanical); OZZ Corporation (electrical); Applewood Glass & Mirror (windows); and Foran’s Roofing & Sheet Metal Ltd.
