Hovering Over the Humberwood

Construction progresses for the Mansions of Humberwood Phase II condominiums on Humberwood Boulevard in Etobicoke, Ont. Owner/developer Deltera Inc./Hullmark Developments began the 29-storey, 471-unit building in November and occupancy has been scheduled for summer 2007. There will also be three levels of underground parking.
The Project Team
The Mansions of Humberwood Phase II was designed by Rafael Bigauskas Architect Inc. Consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); A & G Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); and NAK Design Group (landscape). Subcontractors include: Magine Contractors Inc. (excavation); Deep Foundations Contractors Inc. (shoring/caissons); Verdi Forming (formwork); Harris Rebar; Global Precast; Dufferin Concrete; Primo Mechanical Inc.; Jay Electric; Quest Window Systems Inc.; Viana Roofing & Sheet Metal Ltd. (roofing); and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
