One Park Tower
LENSCAPE INC.
Construction is moving along for the condominium project One Park Tower in Mississauga, Ont. Daniels CCW Corporation is construction manager for the 38-storey, 405-unit building that includes underground parking and ground floor retail. The project was designed by Kirkor Architects and Planners. Consultants are: Sigmund Soudack & Associates (structural); TeGi Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); and L.A. Design (landscape). Subtrades include: Coreydale Contracting Co. (excavation); Rumble Foundations (Ontario) Ltd. (shoring/caissons); Edvac Contracting Ltd. (formwork); and Innocon Inc. (concrete supply); Venice Masonry; Speedy Electric Contractor Associates Ltd.; Cooltech Services Ltd. (HVAC); and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
