Hudson Condominiums

LENSCAPE INC.

Work moves upwards for The Hudson condominiums at Spadina Avenue and King Street in Toronto. Owner/developer Great Gulf Homes began the 21-storey, 282-unit project in March 2004 and completion has been scheduled for sometime this year. The work includes a bar/lounge, billiard room, fitness centre and more.

The Project Team

The Hudson Condominium at Spadina Avenue and King Street was designed by Diamond and Schmitt Architects. Consultants are The ECE Group Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); and NAK Design Group (landscape). Subtrades include: Priestly Demolition; Anpro Excavating & Grading; Deep Foundations Contractors Inc. (shoring/caissons); Delgant (Civil) Ltd. (formwork); Ronco Steel Centre Ltd. (rebar supply); D. Zentil Mechanical Ltd.; and Speedy Electric Contractor Ltd.
