Conduit work continues for the Kingsway Financial Services Class ‘A’ office building in Mississauga, Ont. Construction manager Aecon Buildings began the eight-storey project with one level of underground storage in December and completion has been scheduled for March next year.
The Project Team
The Kingsway Financial Services office was designed by Archxes Design Inc. Architects. Consultants are: Stephenson Engineering (structural); DeCaria Engineering (mechanical); Lapas Consulting Engineers Ltd.; and MSLA (landscape). Subtrades include: Coreydale Contracting Co. a division of Clipper (excavation); Res 2000 Structures Inc. (formwork); Harris Omer Rebar; Architectural Precast Systems Inc.; Dufferin Concrete; Modern Niagara Toronto Inc. (mechanical); Metric Electric Contractors Ltd.; Topsite Contracting Ltd. (mechanical site services); General Sprinklers Inc. (fire protection); Ferguson Neudorf Glass (windows); Otis Canada Inc. (elevators); and Aecon Construction.
