Platinum Phase Two

Rebar work progresses for the Platinum Towers Phase 2 condominiums in North York, Ont. Owner/general contractor The Conservatory Group began the 36-storey, 342-unit project last July and it will include four levels of underground parking. The project was designed by EI Richmond Architects Ltd. Consultants are Kazmar Associates Ltd. (structural) and M.V. Shore Associates (1993) Ltd. (mechanical/electrical). Subcontractors include: Costa Earthmoving Inc. (excavation); Anchor Shoring & Caissons Ltd.; Paramount Structures (formwork); Gilbert Steel (rebar supply); Architectural Precast Systems Inc.; Dufferin Concrete; Denham Masonry; D. Zentil Mechanical (mechanical/fire protection); Quest Window Systems; Protech Roofing Waterproofing Ltd. (roofing); and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
