Glass installation continues for the new Royal LePage Your Community Realty office at 8854 Yonge Street in Toronto. Construction manager Force Construction Management began the three storey office with one level of underground parking late last August and completion is expected by June. The project was designed by Giovanni Tassone Architect Inc. Consultants are: KO & Partners Ltd. (structural); Takric Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); and URS Canada Inc. (landscape). Subtrades include: PSC Civil Construction (excavation/asphalt/paving); Yukon Construction Inc. (formwork); Harris Rebar; Advanced Precast; Protosteel Industries Ltd. (structural steel); Dufferin Concrete; Force Construction (masonry); Power Mechanical; Van Edwards Electrical Contractors; Strada Aggregates; Regal Aluminum Ltd. (windows); Jackline Roofing; and Kone Inc. (elevators).
