The Finishing Touches
McKAY-COCKER CONSTRUCTION LTD.
Work is nearing completion for Churchill Logistics new office/warehouse in London’s Forest City Industrial Park. Design/build contractor McKay-Cocker Construction Ltd. began the single-storey, 72,000-square-foot, project last September. Consultants are: Mardon Engineering (structural); Integrated Engineering/Pro Electric (mechanical/electrical); Forest City Fire Protection (sprinklers); and Peeters Landscaping. Subcontractors include: J-AAR Excavating Ltd.; Mckay-Cocker (formwork); Harris Rebar; Spencer Steel (structural steel); Lafarge Construction Materials (concrete supply); GA Masonry; Pro Electric (mechanical/electrical); Ravata Drywall; Avalon Painting; Unique Flooring; Westmount Storefront Systems Ltd. (windows); Nedlaw Roofing: ICI Steeltech (metal roof/siding); and Del-Ko (asphalt/paving).
