Boot Number Two

Below-grade work progresses for The Boot 2 condominium project on Shuter Street in Toronto. Toddglen Construction has completion of the 15-storey, 124-unit project scheduled for July 2007. It will also include three levels of underground parking.
The Project Team
The Boot 2 was designed by Northgrave Architect Inc. Consultants are: Sigmund Soudack & Associates Inc. (structural); TeGi Engineering (mechanical/electrical); and Vern Reed Olsen Landscape Architect Inc. Subtrades include: Anpro Environmental Group (excavation); Rumble Foundations (Ontario) Ltd. (shoring/caissons); Lisi Mechanical; Zerem Electrical; Duron Ontario Ltd. (roofing); and Bramalea Elevator Ltd.
