Construction is moving up at the Concord Adex Cityplace West One Block 25 project in Toronto. PCL Constructors Canada Inc. began the work last June and completion has been scheduled for Fall 2007. The project consists of one 49-storey tower, one 42-storey tower, an eight-storey loft and seven townhomes. There will also be three levels of underground parking and retail on the ground floor.
The Project Team
The Concord Adex Cityplace West One Block 25 project was designed by Page + Steele Inc. Consultants are: Yolles (structural); MCW Consultants Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); and Ferris & Associates (landscape). Subtrades include: York Excavating & Grading Co. Ltd.; Hardwall Construction (formwork); Salit Steel Ltd. (rebar supply); Norak Steel Construction Ltd. (structural steel); Innocon Inc. (concrete supply); Village Masonry/Gottardo Masonry; Primo Mechanical/Lisi Mechanical; OZZ Corporation (electrical); Allan Windows Systems Inc.; Viana Roofing; Fujitec Canada (elevators); Trinity Landscaping and CRCE Construction Ltd.
