Parkview Project

Work progresses for Parkview Towers condominium project in Richmond Hill, Ont. Construction manager of the 12-storey project with two levels of underground parking is Life Construction Inc. The project was designed by Kirkor Architects and Planners. Consultants are: Kazmar Associates Ltd. (structural); M.V. Shore Associates (1993) Ltd. (mechanical/electrical) and Pd3 Workshop (landscape). Subtrades include: Oak Site Preparation Inc. (excavation); Rumble Foundations (Ontario) Ltd. (shoring/caissons); Resform Construction Ltd. (formwork); Global Precast; Innocon Inc. (concrete supply); Primo Mechanical Inc.; Speedy Electric Contractor Ltd.; Quest Window Systems Inc.; Duron Ontario Ltd. (roofing); and Otis Canada Inc. (elevators).
