Movin’ In The Quad

Odds and ends are underway for the Quad Lofts at 23 Brant Street in Toronto. General contractor for the project is Toddglen Construction Ltd. The work includes one nine-storey building and one 11-storey building with a total of 200 units. The Quad Lofts project was designed by Northgrave Architects and the owner is Cresford Developments. Consultants are: Read Jones Christoffersen Ltd. (structural); TeGi Engineering (mechanical/electrical); and PD3 Planning and Design Solutions (landscape). Subcontractors include: York Excavating & Grading Co. Ltd.; Anchor Shoring & Caissons Ltd.; Res Group (formwork); Salit Steel Ltd. (rebar supply); Model Railings (structural steel); Innocon Inc. (concrete supply); Gottardo Masonry; Global Mechanical; OZZ Corporation (electrical); Allan Windows Systems Inc.; Multiseal Contracting (roofing); and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
