Exterior brick work progresses for The Haven condominiums on Leslie Street in Toronto. Monarch Construction Ltd. and Shiu Pong Construction Ltd. in a joint venture began the 16-storey, 131-unit project with two levels of underground parking last July.
The Project Team
The Haven condominium project was designed by Graziani + Corazza Architects Inc. Consultants are: Kazmar Associates Ltd. (structural); M.V. Shore Associates Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); and NAK Design Group (landscape). Subcontractors include: Michael Bros Excavating; Rumble Foundations (Ontario) Ltd. (shoring/caissons); Premform Ltd. (formwork); C & T Reinforcing Steel Co. (1987) Ltd. (rebar supply); Teskey Concrete; Cooltech Services Ltd. (mechanical); Mayfair Electric Ltd.; and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
