McKAY-COCKER CONSTRUCTION LTD.
Concrete pumping continues for the 86,000-square-foot expansion to White Oaks Mall in London, Ont. Construction manager McKay-Cocker Construction Ltd. began the single-storey project with one level of underground parking last October and completion has been scheduled for September. The owner is Redcliff Realty Management Inc. and architect for the project is Wasylco Architect Inc. Consultants are: Hastings & Aziz Consulting Structural Engineers (structural); Callidus Engineering (mechanical/electrical); and Vafiades Landscape Architect. Subtrades include: MAG Demolition; Aar-Con Excavating; McKay-Cocker Construction Ltd. (formwork); Albrecht Reinforcing Inc. (rebar supply); Coreslab Structures (Ont.) Inc. (precast); Spencer Steel Ltd. (structural steel); N-J Spivak Ltd. (concrete supply); Bravo Cement (concrete finishing); Kappeler Masonry Corp.; Pro Electric Inc. (mechanical/electrical); Western Fire Protection Inc.; Rosmar Drywall & Acoustics; Burling & Griffith Flooring; Cameron Glass & Window Inc.; Ontario Panelization; Alpha Door Systems Inc.; and Nedlaw Roofing Ltd.
