Workin’ On The Warehouse

Exterior work continues for the new industrial/warehouse building at 1100 Rodick Road in Markham, Ont. General contractor/owner Emery Investments started the single-storey building in March and it will be finished by August. The project was designed by Kelman & Associates Architects. Consultants are: Zaretsky Consulting Engineers (structural); Avam Mechanical Design; E-Lumen International Inc. (electrical); and Cosburn Giberson (landscape). Subcontractors include: Trendco (excavation); Pro-Caissons; Faga Group (formwork); C & T Reinforcing Steel Co. (1987) Ltd.; Pre-Con Co. (precast); ACL Steel Ltd. (structural steel); Dufferin Concrete; Massucci Brothers (masonry); International Heating; Gridd Electrical Contracting; Lumar Fire Protection Inc.; JB Aluminum Products Ltd. (windows); Elite Roofing; D. Crupi & Sons Ltd. (paving); and AV Curb (curbs/sidewalks).
