COOPER CONSTRUCTION LIMITED
Structural steel work progresses for the new distribution warehouse for Hopewell Development Corporation at 25 Cottrelle Blvd. in Brampton, Ont. Design/build construction managers Cooper Construction Ltd. has completion of the single-storey, 353,450-square-foot, design-build project scheduled for November. The distribution warehouse was designed by Allen Sherriff Architects Inc. Consultants are: Dorlan Engineering (structural); Brumar Engineering Ltd. (mechanical); and Manuel Jordao & Associates Ltd. (electrical). Subtrades include: Oaksite Preparation (earthworks); Drillco Foundation Co. Ltd. (caissons); BLVD Contracting Inc. (foundation/rebar supply); Telco Steel; Commercial Sheet Metal (roof/floor deck); St. Marys CBM (concrete supply); and Flynn Canada Ltd. (roofing).
