Circa Condominiums

Exterior work is progressing at the Circa at Markham Town Centre condominium project in Markham, Ont. Tridel Corporation and Dorsay Developments began the 16-storey, 390-unit building with two levels of underground parking in March 2004 and completion is expected for this fall. The project was designed by Turner Fleischer Architects. Consultants are: Sigmund Soudack and Associates Inc. (structural); TeGi Engineering (mechanical/electrical); and MBTW Landscape Architects. Subtrades include: Magine Contractors Inc. (excavation); Rumble Foundations (Ontario) Ltd. (shoring/caissons); Edvac Contracting Ltd. (formwork); Harris Rebar; Global Precast; Dufferin Concrete; Venice Masonry; Network Mechanical Inc.; Cooltech Services Ltd. (ventilation); OZZ Corporation (electrical); Protech Roofing Waterproofing Ltd. (roofing); Normac Kitchens; and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
