Pure Spirit Pour

Concrete work progresses on the Pure Spirit Condominiums on Mill Street in Toronto. General contractor Lewis Builds Corporation began the 32-storey project that will sit atop an eight-level podium in February and occupancy is to begin early in 2008. It will also include three levels of underground parking. The project was designed by architectsAlliance. Consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); Able Engineering Inc. (mechanical/electrical); and The Planning Group (landscape). Subcontractors include: Ragno Excavating; Anchor Shoring & Caissons Ltd.; Avenue Structures Corp. (formwork); Salit Steel Ltd. (rebar supply); United Contracting (drywall); St. Marys CBM (concrete supply); D. Zentil Mechanical Ltd.; Mapleview Electric Co. Ltd.; Primeline Windows Inc. and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
