Things are looking up at the One St. Thomas Street condominium and townhouse project in Toronto. Lee Development Group along with general contractor Veisman Consulting Ltd. has completion of the 29-storey, 70-unit building with four townhouses scheduled for fall. There will also be four levels of underground parking. The project was designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architect/Young + Wright Architects Inc. and the owner is St. Thomas Developments Inc. Consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); Hidi Rae Consulting Engineers Inc. (mechanical/electrical); and Starr Landscape Inc. Subtrades include: Millennium Earth Works (excavation); Anchor Shoring & Caissons Ltd.; Gilbert Steel Ltd. (rebar supply); Avenue Structures Corp. (structural steel); St. Marys CBM (concrete supply); Dolvin Mechanical Contractors Ltd.; OZZ Corp. (electrical); Toro Aluminum Ltd. (windows); and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
