The Pulse Project

Excavating moves along at the Pulse Condominium project at Yonge Street and Finch Avenue in North York, Ont. Developer is The Pemberton Group and general contractor Saddlebrook Construction Inc. The work includes one 27-storey tower and one 26-storey tower with a total of 510 units and three levels of underground parking. It will also have a billiards room, fitness room and virtual golf. The project was designed by Burka Varacalli Architects. Consultants are: Adjeleian Allen Rubeli Ltd. (structural); TeGi Engineering (mechanical/electrical); and NAK Design Group (landscape). Subcontractors include: Michael Bros. Excavating; Deep Foundations Contractors Inc. (shoring/caissons); and Resform Construction Ltd. (formwork).
