Condos and Townhouses
LENSCAPE INC.
Construction is ongoing for the Kilgour Estate Phase I condominium and townhouse project at 50 Kilgour Rd. in Toronto. Owner/developer Daniels Midtown Corporation started the project in March 2005 and completion has been scheduled for spring. The work includes an eight-storey, 179-unit building with 22 townhouses and two levels of underground parking. The project was designed by Kirkor Architects and Planners. Consultants are: Sigmund Soudack & Associates Inc. (structural); Leipciger Kaminker Mitelman & Partners (mechanical/electrical); and NAK Design Group (landscape). Subtrades include: Coreydale Contracting Co. (excavation); Rumble Foundations (Ontario) Ltd. (shoring/caissons); Edvac Contracting Inc. (formwork); Harris Rebar; Elio Dallas Construction (precast/masonry); Roman Metals Fabricating Ltd. (structural steel); Innocon Inc. (concrete supply); University Plumbing & Heating Ltd. (mechanical/fire protection); Toro Aluminum Ltd. (windows); and Kone Inc. (elevators).
