Work progresses for the 96 St. Patrick Street condominium project in Toronto. Toddglen St. Patrick began the 18-storey, 224-unit building in June and completion has been scheduled for May 2008. The project was designed by Atkins Architects. Consultants are Y & V Engineering (structural) and CBM Group (mechanical/electrical). Subtrades include: Costa Earthmoving Inc. (excavation); Shor-Cais Consulting Ltd. (shoring/caissons); Res Group (formwork); Gilbert Steel (rebar supply); Innocon Inc. (concrete supply); Marli Mechanical; and Zerem Electrical Services Inc.
