Plenary Health lands North Bay RHC

TORONTO

Plenary Health has been selected as the preferred team to build, finance and maintain the North Bay Regional Health Centre.

The project involves more than 720,000 square feet of new construction for the North Bay General Hospital, a state-of-the-art acute care hospital, with 275 beds and The Northeast Mental Health Centre, a specialized mental health facility with 113 beds and associated outpatient services.

The Plenary Health team is comprised of Plenary Group, Deutsche Bank AG, PCL Constructors Canada and Johnson Controls.

The hospital, will remain publicly owned, publicly controlled and publicly accountable through Infrastructure Ontario.
