Workers install rebar at the Chateau Royal condominium project at 650 Mt. Pleasant Road in Toronto. General contractor Toddglen Chateau Limited began the eight-storey, 97-unit project last January and completion is scheduled for November. There will also be three levels of underground parking and retail on the ground floor. The Chateau Royal condominium project was designed by Page Steele Inc. Consultants are Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural) and CBM Group (mechanical/electrical). Subcontractors include: Blu-Mar Excavating & Grading; Deep Foundations Contractors Inc. (shoring/caissons); Salit Steel (rebar supply); Innocon Inc. (concrete supply); Dyson Electric; Vicor Mechanical Ltd.; and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd. >>
