H & R Construction Management Limited
Exterior work is winding down for the T & T Supermarket at 715 Central Parkway W. in Mississauga, Ont. Construction manager H & R Construction Management Ltd. began the single-storey project for owner 720 Bay Capital last September. The base building is scheduled for completion at the end of May and the interior is scheduled for July completion. The architects for the project are Michael Spaziani Architect Inc. (base) and UDG Architect Ltd. (interior). Consultants are: YWY Engineering Ltd. (structural); Brumar Engineering Ltd. (base mechanical); Stantec Consulting Ltd. (interior mechanical); Manuel Jordao & Associates Ltd. (base electrical); and Stantec Consulting Ltd. (interior electrical). Subtrades include: Rafat General Contracting Inc. (concrete forming/placing); Harris Rebar; Innocon Inc. (concrete supply); Lazzar Masonry; M & G Steel Ltd. (structural); Gage Metal Cladding Ltd. (steel deck); Coreslab Structures (Ont.) Ltd.; DIRM (place & finish concrete); Heritage Mechanical Ltd.; Advance Electric Co. (base electrical); Sax Electrical Services (interior electrical); General Sprinkler (fire protection); Net Drywall & Acoustics Ltd.; Emily Creek Woodworking (millwork); Zetmaster Ltd. (tile); Sentinel Polymers Canada Inc. (epoxy flooring); Marando Painting Ltd.; VIP Railings Inc. (misc. metals); Belmont Glass & Aluminum (aluminum store front/glazing); Ararat Stucco Wall Systems Ltd. (EIFS); T.
