McKay-Cocker Construction plays hard at the Columbia Sportswear Distribution Centre project
McKAY-COCKER CONSTRUCTION LTD.
Site work is underway for the Columbia Sportswear Distribution Centre in Strathroy, Ont. McKay-Cocker Construction Ltd. began the two-storey, design-build centre in September and completion is scheduled for March. The project was designed by Paul Kershaw Architects. Consultants are: Mardon Engineering Ltd. (structural); Barrett Mechanical (d-b mechanical); Technicair Ltd. (mechanical); and Johnson Electric Inc. (d-b electrical). Subtrades include: J-AAR Excavating Ltd. McKay-Cocker Construction Ltd. (formwork); Dietrich Steel Ltd. (rebar supply); Spencer Steel Ltd. (structural steel); Lafarge Construction Materials (concrete supply); Bravo Cement Contracting (concrete finishing); Vipond Fire Protection; Stewart Overhead Door; and Thames Glass Ltd. (windows).
