Nature of Ownership: Golden Crossing General Partnership (GCGP). GCGP has been contracted by TransLink to design, build, finance, operate, maintain, and rehabilitate the Golden Ears Bridge and its associated road network for 35 years. The Golden Crossing Constructors Joint Venture (GCCJV) is carrying out design and construction under an agreement with the GCGP.

Principal Owners: Led by Bilfinger Berger (Canada) Inc., the Canadian arm of Bifinger Berger Civil, a global leader in engineering, and CH2M HILL, an internationally respected project manager, the Joint Venture is providing design and construction services for the Golden Ears Bridge project under contract with the Golden Crossing General Partnership.
