Toddglen Construction builds Bloor Street Neighbourhood project

A worker saws rebar down to size for the Bloor Street Neighbourhood (BSN) project in Toronto, Ont.
General contractor for the 26-storey, 327-unit project is Toddglen Construction Ltd. The developer is Cresford Developments.
The BSN project was designed by Northgrave Architect Inc. Consultants are Y + V Engineering Ltd. (structural) and United Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical). Subcontractors include: Anpro Excavating & Grading; Gilbert Steel Ltd. (rebar supply); Consolidated (formwork); Innocon Inc. (concrete supply); Global Mechanical; and CNIM Canada (elevators).
