Envision Group acquires Western Construction and Combustion Services
OTTAWA
The Envision Group, run by Environmental Management Solutions founder Frank D’Addario, said it has acquired Western Construction and Combustion Services Ltd. of Calgary.
The deal between the two privately held companies, whose financial terms were not disclosed, “extends Envision Group of Companies’ geographic reach and augments the number and range of clients that we serve effectively,’’ said D’Addario, who severed his last links with EMS, now EnGlobe Corp., in 2006 after a long and acrimonious battle against a replacement management group chaired by former Ontario premier Mike Harris.
