Deltera Inc. builds solid foundation at Grand Triomphe II condo project

Concrete pouring continues for the Grand Triomphe II condominium project in North York, Ont.
Owner Tridel Corporation and construction manager Deltera Inc. have completion of the 30-storey, 308-unit project scheduled for early 2009.
The project, designed by Burka Architects Inc., will also have retail space on the ground floor.
Consultants are Sigmund Soudack & Associates (structural) and Novatrend Engineering Group (mechanical/electrical).
Subtrades include Dolente Concrete & Drain Co. (site work/drainage); Anpro Excavating & Grading; Rumble Foundations (Ontario) Ltd.; Verdi Alliance (formwork); Res Precast Inc.; Network Mechanical; Speedy Electric; Belmar Ventilation Systems; Toro Aluminum Ltd. (glass/glazing); Protech Roofing Waterproofing Ltd.; and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
