Remington Group shows fine form at Downtown Markham Phase One development

A form gets a lift at the Downtown Markham Phase One development in Markham, Ontario.
Owner/general contractor Remington Group Hi Rise Division began the residential/retail project in May 2007.
The work includes a 10-storey building and three-seven storey buildings with approximately 431 units and two levels of underground parking.
The project was designed by Quadrangle Architects Ltd.
Consultants are Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural) and Able Engineering (mechanical/electrical).
Subcontractors include Anpro Excavating & Grading; Rumble Foundations (Ontario) Ltd. (shoring/caissons); Resform Construction Ltd.; Salit Steel Ltd. (rebar supply); Architectural Precast Systems; Dufferin Concrete; Village Masonry Construction; Primo Mechanical Inc.; Speedy Electric Contractor Ltd.; Aluminum Window Designs Ltd.; Protech Roofing Waterproofing Ltd. (roofing); and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
