Work continues below grade at phase one of the Boutique condominium project in Toronto.

Tucker HiRise oversees work below grade at the Boutique

Tucker HiRise is the project/construction manager on the 16 storey, 333-unit Boutique project. The work includes guest suites, five levels of underground parking and ground-floor retail space.

The project was designed by ZAS Architects Inc. for owner Simcoe Nelson Property Inc.

Consultants are Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); United Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); Cecconi Simone Inc. (interior); and Ferris & Associates (landscape).

Subtrades include Aro Excavating Ltd.; Deep Foundations Contractors Inc. (shoring/caissons); Delgant (civil) Ltd. (formwork); Innocon Inc. (concrete supply); Global Plumbing & Heating Ltd.; and Nortown Electrical Contractors Associates.
