Work continues on the renovations and addition to the Ukrainian Canadian Care Centre on Richview Road in Etobicoke, Ontario.
H & R Construction Management nears completion of Ukrainian Canadian Care Centre
General contractor H & R Construction Management began the four-storey Ukrainian Canadian Care Centre project in June 2007. Completion is scheduled for July 2008.
The project was designed by MMMC Inc. Architects. Group Eight Engineering Ltd. is the structural, mechanical and electrical engineer.
Subcontractors include D & N Demolition and Construction Services (excavation); Albrecht Reinforcing Inc. (rebar supply); B-Style (formwork); Tri-Krete Ltd. (precast); Expo Iron Works Ltd. (structural steel) and Innocon Inc. (concrete supply).
Other subcontractors on the project are Compact Contracting (masonry); Forrest Mechanical Inc.; Quorum Electric; C & H fire suppression Systems (sprinklers/fire protection); Belmont Glass Mirror & Aluminum Inc. (windows); Triumph Aluminum & Sheet Metal Inc. (roofing); Kone Inc. (elevators) and Pylon Paving.
