Davies Smith Developments gets the scoop at Onyx project
Owner/construction manager Davies Smith Developments Inc. began the 36 storey, 353-unit Onyx project in May 2008. Completion is scheduled for July 2010.
Designed by Raw Design, the building offers a sauna/steam room, indoor swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room and rooftop terrace.
Consultants are Read Jones Christoffersen Ltd. (structural); Condeland Engineering Ltd. (civil); and Able Engineering Inc. (mechanical/electrical).
Subtrades include Coreydale Contracting Co. (excavation) and HC Matcon Inc. (site work).
