Tucker HiRise crews ready rebar at X condominium project
Tucker HiRise is construction manager on the 44-storey, 410-unit X Condos project, located at 590 Jarvis Street in Toronto.
The project was designed by architectsAlliance and Arsenault Architect Inc. for owner Great Gulf Homes.
Consultants are Halcrow Yolles (structural); Able Engineering (mechanical/electrical); and Janet Rosenberg & Associates (landscape).
Subtrades include ProGreen Demolition; Anpro Excavating & Grading; Deep Foundation Contractors Inc. (shoring/caissons); Canada Wide Reinforcing Steel Co. Ltd.; Italform Ltd. (formwork) and Innocon Inc. (concrete supply).
Also on the list of subtrades are Primo Mechanical; Bellwood Sheet Metal Ltd. (HVAC); Speedy Electric Contractor Ltd.; Allan Window Systems Ltd.; and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
