Crews dig deep at phase one of Boutique condominium project
The 16-storey, 333-unit Boutique building was designed by ZAS Architects for owner Simcoe Nelson Property Inc. The work includes guest suites, five levels of underground parking and retail on the ground floor.
Consultants are Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); United Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); Cecconi Simone Inc (interior) and Ferris & Associates (landscape).
Subtrades include Aro Excavating Ltd.; Deep Foundations Contractors Inc. (shoring/caissons); Delgant (civil) Ltd. (formwork); Innocon Inc. (concrete supply); Global Plumbing & Heating Ltd. and Nortown Electrical Contractors Associates.
