Greenpark crews get ‘tied up’ at Richmond condominium project
Owner/general contractor Greenpark Homes began the the Richmond project in June 2007. Completion has been scheduled for summer 2009.
Designed by Page + Steele Inc., the development features a 14-storey, 357-unit condominium tower with two levels of underground parking, party room, fitness club, billiards/card room and guest suites.
Consultants are Adjeleian Allen Rubeli Ltd. (structural) and United Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical).
