Crews ready rebar at Intergulf’s Expressions condominium tower

The 28-storey Expressions tower is the first of two Intergulf high-rise towers to be erected at the Grand Central site.

Lawrence Doyle Young & Wright designed the building for owner/general contractor Intergulf Group of Companies.

The first tower will offer 172 residential units. A three-storey podium with commercial space is also planned.

Consultants include Bennett & Associates Surveys (land surveying) and GeoPacific Consultants Ltd.
