Work continues at the Grand Triomphe II condominium project in North York, Ontario.

Deltera makes progress on Tridel’s Grand Triomphe II condominium project

Owner Tridel Corporation and construction manager Deltera Inc. plan to complete the Grand Triomphe II condominium project in early 2009.

Designed by Burka Architects Inc., the 30-storey, 308-unit project also offers retail space on the ground floor.

Consultants are Sigmund Soudack & Associates (structural) and Novatrend Engineering Group (mechanical/electrical).

Subtrades on the Grand Triomphe II project include:
