Work moves along at the Russell Hill Retirement Residence at 262 St. Clair Avenue West in Toronto.
Work continues at Tucker Hi-Rise’s Russell Hill Retirement Residence project
First Gulf Inc. and Tucker Hi-Rise Construction Inc. began work on the Russell Hill Retirement Residence in October 2007. Completion has been scheduled for spring 2009.
The seven-storey, 70-unit project was designed by Diamond + Schmitt Architects.
Consultants are Read Jones Christoffersen Ltd. (structural); Able Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); and Janet Rosenberg and Associates (landscape).
